Artist Waistcoat in Natural Cotton - Made To Order

from £115.00

Natural Cream Artist Waistcoat

Adapted from our Artist Jacket, the Natural Cream Artist Waistcoat drapes over the body in a geometric yet delicate style. Inspired by the utility of a painter’s smock, its silhouette offers both purpose and understated elegance.

Cut from lightweight un-dyed and naturally cream Kala cotton, it features deep front pockets and ties that wrap around the body like an apron—or can be worn loose for a more relaxed feel. A hand-stitched red running thread traces the collar and armholes, subtly highlighting the form (available with or without stitch detailing). Ideal for layering in the studio or beyond, it’s a versatile piece with quiet character—both practical and poetic.

Size, fit, and details:

  • One size (M): Fits UK sizes 8-12 - For this first collection we’ve made the garments in one size to avoid over production. Get in touch with your size request and we’ll keep this in mind for the next small batch production.

  • Wrap around at front with ties to close.

  • Red hand stitch detail.

  • Our lovely model Merry is 5”6 and size 10.

Care Details

  • Wash separately for the first wash, as natural indigo dye may release some colour.

  • Machine wash at 30ºC on a gentle cycle.

  • 100% cotton

  • We offer a visible mending service to repair and extend the life of your garments over time. Please get in touch for more details and costs.
